So thrilled to be sharing this Beacon Hill Wedding. With coordination by the Beacon Hill team, florals by Garden of Eden, and sweets by Batch Bakeshop. From Ali at Beacon Hill:
This couple wanted their day to be stylish, fun and show off all that Northwest has to offer while honoring the groom’s Southern roots. Choosing a late summer date, they were able to showcase so many local products in their menu and florals as well as enjoy Beacon Hill’s gardens as their finest.
Towards the end of the evening, guests even got to enjoy King’s Cake; a Southern cake baked in New Orleans to kick off the beginning of carnival season. Although King’s cakes don’t have any direct tradition at weddings, as they are such a beloved part of New Orleans traditions, it was an exciting item for the groom’s family to share with family and friends.
